Rest assured, we won’t just throw you into an exercise group class to sink or swim. At Iron Battalion Fitness Co. you’ll start with a personal coach that will introduce you to CrossFit basics. Later, when you’re ready, you can move on to group classes.This approach, combined with what we’ve learned over our many years in fitness training, has taught us most people do best with a high coach-to-student ratio. Preferably one-to-one, or at least two-to-one. So we’ll start you with a few training sessions with a CrossFit certified instructor. Our Iron Battalion CrossFit coaches come from diverse experience and athletic backgrounds, but you’ll find that they have one thing very much in common — they care!
