We started the Fort specifically for people like you — people looking for a no-nonsense gym in the area. We saw all the problems with fitness and training and set out to solve them. If you’re researching gyms training and exercise are obviously important to you. Perhaps you’re going to a gym on your own, running, doing at home workouts, or maybe working with a personal trainer, or are going to a group class. But maybe you aren’t making progress, or for whatever reason you feel you could do better. Maybe you just feel anonymous in a faceless group fitness class, or you would love some guidance.
